Calling all “Femmes d’un certain age” – if you are heading for or in the grips of the Men-O-Pause. I’m facilitating a Workshop for us to share our experiences of this new stage of life. To perhaps re-perceive ourselves, to celebrate our achievements, to mourn our losses, whether they be material, health or other, with guided mindfulness practices to offer ourselves some self-kindness, even while we age wildly.
