Based on Mark William’s best selling book, this course aims to provide an introduction to mindfulness for those of you who would like to find peace either from the internal chatter of the mind or the external worries we all have to face. This is an experiential course, so you will learn from your direct experience through guided mindfulness practices how you can incorporate mindfulness into your life to live a more peaceful and accepting life, possibly even discovering more joy in the life you love!
